partnerships. We work closely with our clients to

purposes of tax treatment, management and control of the
business, flexibility of operations, and ability to add
new owners or buy out the interest of existing owners.

Management Advice
Our advice to our
corporate clients includes analyzing day-to-day
management issues, identifying legal and tax risks
involved in management decisions, and assisting our
clients in formulating management decisions to reduce
such risks while providing the flexibility necessary for
the effective operation of their businesses. In
addition, we frequently review specific transactions and
assist with contract negotiations to enable our clients
to structure their transactions in such a way to
minimize the tax and legal consequences, by providing
contract review and synthesis, alternative analysis and
recommendation, and development and implementation of
business plans.
