Ron Rodgers’ primary expertise is in the area of real estate law. In over twenty-five years of practice, Mr. Rodgers has represented numerous developers, institutions, manufacturers, farmers and farm managers in the acquisition, development and sale of large, mixed-use commercial projects, hotels, destination resorts, golf courses, industrial facilities, food processing plants, orchards and vineyards. The work Mr. Rodgers has conducted includes: the formation of limited liability companies, corporations and limited partnerships; subdivision, land use and planning approvals; negotiation and preparation of construction and architectural contracts; master plan development; negotiation of hotel management and franchise agreements; negotiation of complex financings; as well as the development and management of farms and orchards and handling the sale of, and issues pertaining to, water rights. Mr. Rodgers also represents both landlords and tenants in the negotiation of long-term commercial leases. Mr. Rodgers has been responsible for coordination and oversight of numerous litigation matters for real estate clients. Mr. Rodgers also conducts general representation of, as well as acquisition and disposition of, significant corporations and businesses in a wide variety of industries.

Prior to joining Lamb & Kawakami LLP, Mr. Rodgers was a partner in Rodgers & Greenfeld (1993-2008); Carlsmith Ball LLP (1986-1993); Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue (1984-1986); and Manatt, Phelps, Rothenberg & Tunney (1982-1984).
