Upon graduating from Boston University School of Law in 2006, Namrata Dwivedi joined Lamb & Kawakami LLP as an associate. Ms. Dwivedi’s practice focuses on real estate and business transactions.
In the area of real property law, Ms. Dwivedi has experience drafting purchase and sale documents, leases, and access agreements. She also has assisted buyers with due diligence review, title and escrow issues, financing, zoning, entitlements and permits.
Ms. Dwivedi’s business law experience includes assisting clients with a variety of issues related to the formation and maintenance of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships.
Ms. Dwivedi's litigation experience includes assisting clients with real property, environmental and employment matters. Ms. Dwivedi is admitted to practice in law in the state of California.
