Mr. Yang has represented business, government, and individual clients in a wide range of business and civil litigation matters. His broad array of experience includes cases litigated under California’s Consumer Credit Reporting Agencies Act (CCRAA), the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA).

Prior to joining Lamb & Kawakami LLP, Mr. Yang practiced at the international law firm Bryan Cave LLP. He is a member of the Cal-Berkeley Alumni Club (San Gabriel Valley Chapter), the San Marino City Club, and the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
