Mr. Lamb is an extremely versatile transactional lawyer, with a diverse practice, who represents his high net worth clients in all of their business needs: from acquiring, developing, operating and selling both businesses and real estate, to resolving contentious partnership and shareholder disputes through a combination of negotiation and litigation. As a business owner himself, he understands that business decisions need to be made before a legal strategy can be created.
