Ginger A. Ellis

Ginger A. Ellis has specialized in the real estate and corporate mergers and acquisition areas for 35 years. Prior to joining Lamb & Kawakami, Ms. Ellis worked as a corporate and real estate legal assistant at Jones Day. As a senior legal assistant, she was responsible for many aspects of corporate and real estate transactions (including the supervision of their closing), including but not limited to purchases and sales (asset, stock, real estate, bulk transfer); leveraged buy-outs; initial public offerings; private offerings; lending transactions (unsecured and secured by real and/or personal property); formations, mergers, consolidations and dissolutions of corporations (profit and non-profit), limited liability companies and partnerships; estate planning documentation; work-outs and foreclosures; oil and gas transactions; and other corporate and real estate matters. Before becoming a legal assistant, Ms. Ellis served as the Assistant Vice President and Manager of the Los Angeles Escrow Division of Crocker Bank (now Wells Fargo Bank). Ms. Ellis joined Lamb & Kawakami in May 2005.
