Cydnee L. Freedland

Cydnee is fluent and literate in Japanese. Cydnee translates various letters and documents from Japanese-English and English-Japanese and serves as an interpreter for the firm’s real estate, business and tax/estate planning attorneys. Cydnee also has a working knowledge of Mandarin Chinese.

Cydnee assists clients with the formation and dissolution of companies including corporations and limited liability companies. Cydnee also assists clients with the daily maintenance of companies including obtaining required business or tax licenses or permits.

Cydnee has assisted with purchases, sales, lease-related matters, and document reviews for commercial properties, such as hotels, office buildings, and shopping centers. She coordinates real estate closings and assists with 1031 exchanges.

Cydnee assists clients with obtaining liquor licenses in California through the California Alcoholic Beverage Control.

Cydnee also serves as an intermediary with an immigration law office located in Seattle, Washington relating to our clients’ needs for U.S. citizenship and various employee visas.

Cydnee also assists with litigation.
